1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FlockDaily.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The Site is owned and operated by Flock Nights, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

FlockDaily.com provides free, daily Bible-themed word puzzle games ("Games"), including but not limited to "Unfeathered." The Games are intended for entertainment and educational purposes to encourage daily engagement with Scripture. The Site may also include related features such as statistics tracking, sharing capabilities, and leaderboards.

3. Eligibility

The Site is available to users of all ages. No account registration is required. We use anonymous, cookie-based identification to track your game progress and statistics. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the game mechanics, algorithms, or daily puzzle answers;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Site;
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Site or attempt to disrupt its infrastructure;
• Share daily puzzle answers publicly in a manner that spoils the experience for other players before the puzzle day has ended.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, logos, game mechanics, source code, and original content are the property of Flock Nights, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Bible verse texts used in the Games are sourced from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain.

You may share your game results (emoji grids, scores, and statistics) freely on social media and in personal communications. This sharing is encouraged and constitutes a permitted use.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Game experience, primarily through cookies and our Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site utilizes the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — Hosting, content delivery, edge computing (Workers), database (D1), and caching (KV)
• Google Fonts — Typography delivery

Your use of the Site may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any Game at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site. Daily puzzles rotate at midnight Eastern Time (ET) and are available for the duration of the calendar day.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Games are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Flock Nights, LLC does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flock Nights, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or interruption of service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
